Concept Art and Style Guide

Peak Rhythm was a VR rhythm climbing game where players climbed up giant robots to the beat of the music. I worked on concept art and visual direction across different phases of the project, mainly on the environment, robot design, style guide, character examples and later simplified character designs.

Environment and Robot Direction

My first task was the environment. The game needed a futuristic, Vienna-inspired city that worked as a VR backdrop, so I focused on readable silhouettes and modular building ideas instead of treating every building as a one-off illustration.
